Alex rose through the ranks at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, building a strong reputation for his hard work and craftsmanship.
In 2010 Alex moved to Melbourne to join renowned master chef Donovan Cooke where they opened “The Atlantic Restaurant” which rapidly built the reputation as the best seafood restaurant in all of Victoria.
In 2017 Alex and Donovan Cooke opened their second restaurant together, this time focusing on a fine dining experience. Together they opened the acclaimed “Ryne” in Melbourne, which would go on to earn the distinction of a 1 Hat rating.

At Senti, we pull inspiration from all of European cuisine, combining them into innovative dishes, offering a unique dining experience that is sure to captivate the senses.
We chose the word Senti, because we want you to do more than just eat, we want to provoke the senses and evoke emotions by doing something new while still paying homage to our influences. We want you to feel.
